We are located approximately 1km outside the village of Obertauern with its wealth of restaurants and bars, in scenic surroundings near the woods. It is a perfect place for children who can play in the snow in front of the house, build igloos and snowmen and enjoy tobogganing. Advanced skiers can take the slope through the woods directly to the house. The closest ski lift "Schaidbergbahn" can be reached within 10 min. on foot, giving you acces to all the other lifts. In summer the area is a fantastic place for trekking, biking and hiking and cows are then grazing on the meadows close to the house.

Important Information
After the booking you will be contacted by Haus Elisabeth Apartments. You will receive the bank details for the deposit and the phone number of the caretaker. Please call him some time before your arrival, and he will give you access to the house.
There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 50.
Payment and cancelation conditions
These are general hotel policies for Haus Elisabeth Apartments. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
